BillFlow – Invoice Tracker is a scalable full-stack application built to streamline invoice management for freelancers, contractors, and small businesses. The system provides a secure authentication flow using both usernames and business emails, with password hashing, persistent storage, and isolated user-business relationships
Built with a React frontend, Node.js backend, and PostgreSQL database, BillFlow ensures full data persistence using Docker volumes—allowing the application to rebuild safely without losing invoices, user accounts, or business metadata. The UI supports clean authentication screens, a fully responsive background, and structured financial pages designed for future expansion.
BillFlow was engineered with long-term flexibility in mind:
